$1.00 today for a 7-day trial. After the trial the plan renews at $14.99 per month until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as SILENT DIRECTIVE LLC. We email you before the trial converts, with the exact amount, the exact date and a one-click cancel link.

How to cancel

You signed up online, so you can cancel online, in the same number of clicks:

• Your account page — opens your secure billing portal, cancel button is one click.
• The cancel page — same thing, reachable from every footer.
• Email support@silentdirectivellc.com and we cancel you the same day.

Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged the monthly price. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If DailyLight is not for you, email support@silentdirectivellc.com and we refund you, no argument. That applies to the $1.00 trial charge and to a monthly charge you did not intend to pay. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us before contacting your bank. We can resolve it the same day, which is faster than a dispute.
